By accessing or using DecivantIQ, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Service. If you are using DecivantIQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use DecivantIQ.
USE OF THE SERVICE
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use DecivantIQ only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the platform to store or process data that violates the rights of others or applicable regulations.
You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of DecivantIQ, including by introducing viruses, overloading infrastructure, or accessing systems or data without authorization.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
DecivantIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, action items, and decision recaps from meeting content you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before acting on them.
DecivantIQ does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for every situation. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
DecivantIQ and its associated software, designs, logos, and content are the property of DecivantIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, enter, or manage in DecivantIQ. By submitting content, you grant DecivantIQ a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
You may stop using DecivantIQ at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DecivantIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecivantIQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
DecivantIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
In no event shall DecivantIQ's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid for the service.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
Your continued use of DecivantIQ after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
